Help is needed to prepare seedlings to be given away at events around Charlotte. This is a great opportunity for groups or organizations and for anyone needing school community service hours; appropriate for anyone eight years or older.

Volunteers will soak seedlings in water, wrap them in newspaper and place them in a bag, then attach a card to the bag.

Seedlings are bare root and very messy. Come prepared to get dirty.

Volunteers will also help TreesCharlotte close out the season with an end of year tool clean up.  The trailer will be emptied of shovels, rakes and pick axes and a cleanup crew will get them ready for next season.
