Aldersgate will host the 4th Annual Sandwich Festival from noon – 6 p.m., Saturday, April 27, 2019. The free, public festival celebrates the vibrant cultural diversity of east Charlotte, bringing international flavor and intergenerational activities to the front lawn of Aldersgate at 3800 Shamrock Drive.

Enjoy food from around the world and a rich blend of musical entertainment acts and kids’ activities at this family-friendly festival. Popular food trucks and restaurants will be on hand serving up sandwiches and other international fare including German, Indian, Mexican, Korean, Venezuelan, Vietnamese and American. Musical entertainment ranges from vocal and instrumental acts to dance lessons and performances including German Polka, Reggae, Salsa, Gospel and more.

Lawn chairs and blankets are encouraged. Parking is free and CATS Bus #23 takes you directly to the celebration.
